1. Who we are
This policy covers the Nevoks Market website and the orders placed through it. Checkout is provided by Sell.app, which processes payment and order data on our behalf.
2. Data collected at checkout
- Email address — to deliver your order and contact you about it.
- Order details — the products you bought, the amount and the time of purchase.
- Technical data such as your IP address and browser — used by Sell.app for fraud prevention.
- Payment data is handled by PayPal or the Litecoin network. We never receive your PayPal password or wallet keys.
3. Data on this website
- We do not require an account and we do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
- Your browser's local storage remembers if you closed the announcement bar. Nothing else is stored.
- Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, payments are handled on Sell.app's payment page, and the community counter is loaded from Discord. These services receive your IP address when the page loads.
4. How we use your data
- To deliver your order and answer your support questions.
- To prevent fraud and abuse.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
5. Sharing
Your data is shared only with the services needed to run the store: Sell.app (checkout and order management) and the payment provider you choose (PayPal or the Litecoin network).
6. How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as needed to provide support and to meet legal and accounting requirements. Support conversations on Discord are kept according to Discord's own policies.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data. If you live in the EU or UK, you also have the rights described in the GDPR, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
